Tasks
-Understand the scope of work assigned to you, identify when issues arise that are beyond that scope, and communicate those issues to the assigned project lead. -Provide excellent customer care and support. -Go the extra mile for your customer, take ownership of their needs, over communicate. Drive customer success. -Lead and perform instrument loop checks and calibrations. -Manages time and priorities. -Always follow up and honor commitments with customers. -Follow customer specific site standards and procedures. -Effectively manage technician flow to align with company priorities. -Foster an environment of integrity, trust, collaboration, professionalism, serving one another, leading by example, and assuming good intent each and every day. -Complete assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and under budget. -Where applicable, directs and oversees junior or subordinate staff members regarding construction, operations, and/or maintenance tasks and assignments at a project site. -Accurately document work performed. -Completes tasks in most efficient manner. -Participate in management and leadership training. -Manage staff technician schedules. -Lead and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). -Wire instruments and control panels. -Practice procedures outlined in the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

What You Bring
-Fit for Duty at all times -Maintain a valid drivers license. -Ability to lead and assist in project installation, start-up and commissioning of control systems. -Proven Track Record: 3+ years as Lead Control Systems Technician I or equivalent. -Seek accredited control systems certifications and training opportunities. -Demonstrate intermediate understanding of electrical and mechanical system design. -Typically, 3 to 7+ years industry experience. -Communicate in an effective, positive, and proactive manner with customers. -Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is located is required. -Be patient, attentive, and responsive to customers in solving their problems. -Demonstrate intermediate understanding of control system design. -Demonstrate understanding of Information Technology (IT) system, network infrastructure, and computer system design, as it relates to control system integration. -Expert in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of control systems. -Expert with startup and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications. -Associate in Applied Science or Associate in Science in Engineering Technology, Computer Information Systems Technology, relevant curriculum, or experience. -Expert with startup and troubleshooting of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications. -Up to 100% of time spent at customer locations with overnight travel up to 60%. -Develop and demonstrate strong verbal and written business communication skills -Demonstrate intermediate understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications. -Read and interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams. Able to provide feedback regarding field conditions versus drawings.
