Tasks

-Conduct time studies and derive standard time for production processes. -Collaborate with machine operators & shop supervisor to prove out components on CNC machines, conduct operation trials, and verify program accuracy -Identify and resolve programming or machining issues, making adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and safety

What You Bring

-Familiar with Siemens & Fanuc controller CNC machine controller -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for heavy machining components -Proficiency in NX-CAM software -Knowledge of programming, tooling & machining processes of CNC machines -Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 3-5 years of experience in component manufacturing on CNC machines -Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams -Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
