-Understand flat rates and execute accordingly -Complex engine and flight control rigging -Complex troubleshooting of aircraft systems -Yes. Eight to twelve Mechanics -Engine run and taxi -Master’s degree or equivalent and ten plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Airframe and powerplant license. Multiple airframe schools. -Ability to analyze and interpret industry journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information. -Must work well as part of a team, get along with others, follow lawful directions and instructions the first time, follow all company policies and procedures, and ask questions to clarify instructions.
