The Role
Overview
Manages daily operations and staff of parking facilities, ensuring security and revenue.

Tasks
-May be asked to meet with the property’s client contact on as needed basis -Train new officers (Track Tik, Barnacle, Patrol rounds) -Responsible for resolving those customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates -Ensures Officers correctly fill out all necessary paperwork including daily activity reports, Maintenance reports and incident reports. -Responsible for documenting Incident Forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by his/her Senior Operations Manager and/or the Corporate Office -May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences -Collects deposits and reports daily revenue on a consolidated basis and reviews cahier reports for accuracy and completeness on a daily basis -Report incidents to ParkX Management in a timely manner (Phone and Track Tik Report) -Always maintains proper staffing levels to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees -Ensures the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual -Directly oversees all day to day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility -Work under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold), under variable noise levels, outdoors/indoors, around fumes and/or hazards, around dust and/or mite hazards, around chemicals and bio-hazards -Ensures the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage, and internal audit scores -Oversees the contract parker program by ensuring customers are properly registered, A/R is billed and collected on a timely basis and responds to corporate account requests and concerns

What You Bring
-Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity -Must be customer-focused and results-oriented -Strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills -Valid driver's license without major violations -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment -Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds -Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships -Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills -Ability to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting -Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision -High School Diploma -Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, and/or reach -Continuous repetitive motions -Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation -Minimum of at least 1 year experience in customer-service related field -Strong sense of urgency -Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia
