Tasks

-Assist in the preparation of structural design documents, including bridge plans, retaining walls, and miscellaneous structures. -Support multiple projects through all phases of documentation, from conceptual design to final plans. -Develop and revise 2D drawings and 3D models using OpenBridge Modeler, MicroStation CONNECT Edition, or AutoCAD, depending on project requirements. -Collaborate with senior CAD technicians and the Structures CAD Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency across project deliverables.

What You Bring

-Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience -Experience with 3D Coordination tools -Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, with the ability to work in one or both platforms as needed. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Ability to read and comprehend a set of engineering drawings. -Experience with 3D modeling is preferred but not required. -Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts -Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure -Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools -Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. -Strong math and geometry skills. -Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and schedules.
