Contract Support handling client queries, service requests, and admin coordination

Tasks

-Raise and assign work orders, monitor progress, and update records -Prioritise and process faults and service requests -Drive performance of the supply chain and engineering teams to meet SLA targets -Coordinate with site teams and head office to manage quotations and purchase orders -Support HR functions including staff records and onboarding -Maintain QHSE documentation and manage site systems -Be the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email -Ensure all work aligns with contract scope

What You Bring

-Strong communication and organisational skills -Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team -GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) -Experience with systems like Dynamics, Concept, Maximo -Previous experience in a customer-facing role -Detail-oriented and methodical -Communicate effectively across internal teams and external clients -Reliable and deadline-driven -Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities -A-Level/HNC preferred
