Tasks

-Be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the site operations, including health safety, financial management, business development, strategic planning, and team management. -Develop and manage the site budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources & utilisation of the most efficient disposal and recycling solutions . -Identify and implement initiatives to improve business performance and ecological transformation. -Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. -Deliver effective & safe services to maximum operational efficiency, within budget & to the VMR standard. -Formulate effective pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers. -Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. -Managing people & assets to deliver / exceed service expectations whilst delivering efficient & profitable solutions.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of waste management regulations, environmental sustainability and waste disposal procedures. -Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience -Financial and budget management experience -IOSH Managing Safely
