  • Prepare the gap analysis & mitigation plan with the solution offered.
  • Deliver a winning proposal with a defined scope in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable standard processes, like Project Management Guidelines, Internal Reporting & Approval Processes, EHS, Quality, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and validate inputs (designs, calculations, schedules, costs, etc..).
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and commercial aspects of the bid.
  • Take initiative, drive tasks to completion, and maintain a high level of accountability for deliverables and timelines.
  • Assess bid risks, update non compliances and associated risks levels. Prepare & review risks & opportunities in a tender.
  • Build strong relationships and foster alignment across departments.
  • Analyze tender documents and customer specifications to extract and interpret technical requirements.
  • Develop and structure bid documentation in alignment with client specifications and tender requirements.
  • Responsible for the documentation archiving; keeping the documentation produced for tender preparation, like RFP, queries & responses, presentations, letters, etc.
  • Prepare bid schedules and documentation matrices to ensure the timely compilation of all technical inputs and documentation.
  • Support value engineering efforts to optimize solutions and enhance competitiveness.
  • Do a final review of the contract documents before contract signature.
  • Support technical preparation of bids for railway infrastructure and systems projects.

  • Excellent skills in English (French and Arabic are a bonus).
  • Proficiency in bid management tools and MS Office Suite
  • You should have a minimum of 6-8 years experience with bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical along with sales / bid experience and a minimum 3 years in the railway industry.
  • Proven ability to perform and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and high-stakes environments typical of large-scale railway bids.
  • Strong understanding of railway systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
