Overview

Assist with parts handling, shipping/receiving, inventory and customer service in warehouse.

Tasks

-Assist in acting as Falcon’s first-line customer relations representative for all parts needs -Maintain an orderly department with parts stored in their proper locations for easy access -Ensure that stock levels are monitored to guarantee the inventory to be just-in-time and consistent with the requirements of the Rail Service and Installation Departments -Accountable for the shipping and receiving of the orders, while maintaining a record for all purchases made

What You Bring

-Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills -Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset -Strong work ethic and positive team attitude -Prior chain and rigging experience is a definite asset -Ability to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail -Able to deal with people tactfully and professionally at all times -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. -At least 1 year experience in a similar position within a related industry -We thank all interested applicants; however, only those under consideration and legally entitled to work in Canada shall be contacted. -Forklift operator certification required -RRSP matching -Grade 12 or equivalent -Valid driver’s license with clean drivers abstract required -Experience with handling and unloading of heavy equipment with safety being of the upmost importance
