Perform cleaning, maintenance, and resident support tasks for an apartment community.

Tasks

-Assist the maintenance team with pool maintenance. -Light painting of curbs, signposts, and other areas as needed. -Conduct light checks around the community and replace breezeway light bulbs as needed. -Clean areas around the mailroom, pool area, fitness area and equipment, laundry room, clubhouse, and other common areas to include trash removal, replace trash bags, vacuum, sweep and mop, clean window and door glass, clean coffee machines, and replace paper products. -Water any areas that are not irrigated, while observing all irrigated areas and reporting any issues. -Ensure community trash receptacles are well-maintained and free of large items around the perimeter. -Assist the maintenance team with apartment make-ready tasks including lock changes and fixture replacements. -Maintain cleanliness of breezeways and sidewalks including pressure washing. -Assist the team with the distribution of communications to residents’ doors. -Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris or trash throughout the property in accordance with company standards.
