Manage residential construction projects from pre‑construction to completion.

Tasks
-Actively participate in the development and enhancement of departmental tools, processes, and best practices. -Drive project progress through effective communication, coordination, and conflict resolution. -Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality control/Assurance. -Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold project standards and meet client expectations. -Lead pre-construction engineering efforts, including logistical planning, subcontracting, design work, and value engineering. -Utilize project management software to track project milestones, budgets, and documentation. -Contribute to the growth and development of the role by providing insights, feedback, and innovative solutions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency. -Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, adherence to project specifications, and nurturing a collaborative professional partnership.

What You Bring
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% as required for project site visits and meetings. -Personal vehicle and ability/willingness to drive to job sites within approximately 75 miles -Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Procore and Salesforce experience is highly desirable. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. -1+ years of project management experience within the construction industry, preferably in residential developments -Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company insurance requirements -Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in residential developments. -Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations.
