Tasks
-Support audit processes and regulatory reporting where third-party relationships are in scope. -Build relationships with internal contract owners and business units to support vendor engagement and accountability. -Assist in the management of vendor risk assessments, including due diligence on financial, operational, and cybersecurity risks. -Ensure vendors adhere to contractual obligations and compliance requirements, including GDPR, health & safety, and EirGrid Group policies. -Monitor and report on vendor performance using service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and balanced scorecards. -Generate regular and ad hoc reports on vendor performance, spend, and risk to support strategic decision-making. -Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams to support contract change processes, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Support the rollout and application of EirGrid’s Vendor Management Framework and processes across all business units. -Monitor key contract dates such as renewals, expirations, and obligations to ensure timely action and compliance. -Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes, templates, and governance structures. -Maintain up-to-date vendor information in internal databases and systems (e.g., ERP, vendor dashboards).
