Assist purchasing team with vendor relations, orders, and document management.

Tasks
-Assist with purchasing document management, including storage and organization in SharePoint, including the use of DocuSign -Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards -Process jobsite material requests and issue purchase orders in collaboration with the purchaser -Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors -Assist with purchase order maintenance, by processing change orders, invoice related reconciliations, and corrections to quantity, pricing or taxes

What You Bring
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Word -2 - 3 years of experience in a relevant purchasing or procurement role -Regular and predictable attendance -Familiarity with procurement processes, software and vendor management -Prior experience in using JD Edwards is an asset -High school diploma or GED is required -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Prior experience in using DocuSign is an asset -Effective time management and ability to problem-solve -2 - 3 years of industry specific experience (electrical supplier or relevant trades experience) -Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat
