Tasks

-Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to shift staff, promoting their professional development and enhancing team performance -Manage incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions -Coordinate communication with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant information is efficiently shared and that operations run smoothly -Lead and direct shift personnel, fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement -Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions and emergencies -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and incidents, generating reports for management review as needed -Stay current with industry regulations and best practices, integrating relevant updates into CCU operations -Monitor real-time operations and incident responses, ensuring that operational activities are executed in accordance with safety protocols and standards -Implement and enforce operational procedures, policies, and best practices to optimize performance and maintain compliance with regulatory standards -Manage and supervise the Control and Command Unit (CCU) operations during assigned shifts, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all teams
