Externals Site Manager

Overview

Oversee external trades and site operations on a multi‑phased West London residential project.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Contribute to weekly progress meetings and liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders -Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and compliance across site activities -Assist in carrying out quality inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard -Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and trades to ensure programme and quality targets are met -Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and leadership abilities -Good understanding of NHBC standards and build processes -Previous experience working as an Site Manager on residential developments managing Externals packages -Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates -Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
