- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and Ashghal standards.
- Support the senior engineers in reporting and client coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and site conditions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site for road projects.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in Qatar is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ashghal standards, road design, and construction methods.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in road construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
