Tasks

-Optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality -Coordinate vendor management and due diligence processes -Collaborate with sales teams to secure new business opportunities -Develop and present proposals for additional services -Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention -Maintain knowledge of financial services compliance standards -Lead incident resolution and crisis management -Process invoicing and manage contract negotiations -Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned banking client accounts -Identify opportunities for service expansion and contract growth -Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and KPI performance -Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with client stakeholders -Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and security requirements -Oversee end-to-end facility management services including Hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) Soft services (cleaning, security, catering, landscaping) Space planning and workplace optimization Energy management and sustainability initiatives -Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports -Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions -Manage P&L responsibility for assigned accounts -Implement risk mitigation strategies -Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking

What You Bring

-5-8 years of experience in facility management or account management -3+ years of experience serving financial services/banking clients preferred -Team leadership and vendor management experience -Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities -Knowledge of sustainability and ESG initiatives -Experience with workplace transformation and change management -Strong knowledge of integrated facility management services -Exceptional client relationship management skills -Problem-solving and crisis management expertise -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field -Understanding of banking operations and regulatory environment -MBA or relevant professional certifications (CFM, FMP, PMP)
