Tasks

As an Associate, you’ll manage a significant estate portfolio, ensuring effective property management and strong client relationships. You’ll act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring compliance, performance, and client satisfaction. -Produce accurate client reports, budgets, and forecasts -Deliver high-quality estates management services across a national retail portfolio. -Manage lease compliance, statutory obligations, and inspections. -Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service improvements. -Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and assistants. -Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.

What You Bring

-Confident communicator with excellent client and team management skills. -Degree-qualified in Real Estate, Property Management, or similar. -MRICS qualified. -Proven experience in commercial or occupier property management. -Strong understanding of lease structures and property legislation.
