Order Management Specialist

Overview

Manage order processing, forecasting, invoicing, and customer communication using SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Verifying Invoice and disputes. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Handling priority deliveries to support customer to meet their target. -Address change management request from customer. -Doing pre-shipment and case management audit. -Providing Order acknowledgement to get the status of the order. -Co-ordination with operation department to support customer on production status, priority deliveries, delivery delays, invoicing . -Generating invoice for the orders. -Support Order forecasting based on trend. -Handling escalations from customer/client. -Interacting with clients/customers in daily basis to discuss about areas of improvement. -Preparing and sharing reports/trackers to manage daily volume & monitor team productivity. -Order booking using SAP .

What You Bring

-Should have proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint). -Should have ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities. -Should have end-use working knowledge in SAP - SAP R/3 (ERP). -Should have very good communication & customer handling skills. -Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 yrs. of experience. -Should have case management in Sales Force CRM.
