Process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payments

Tasks

-Generate vendor payment on weekly schedule and confirm payments with backup for review -Review open purchase orders, resolve pricing differences, and reconcile accounts -Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances -Research, resolve, and communicate discrepancies for outstanding vendor balances -Post business transactions daily. -Process vendor invoices, utility bills, and third-party payments -Sort and distribute daily incoming mail and inter-company correspondence -Maintain a filing system for financial information, records, and documents to easily ensure availability

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or equivalent required. -Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred. -Organizational Skills -Experience working with physical checks and electronic systems required. -Attention to Detail -Requires a minimum of 3 year Accounts Payable experience or equivalent education experience. -Time Management
