Tasks

-Travel between communities to assist with maintenance needs -Troubleshoot and repair issues in residents' homes -Support onsite teams by walking properties, ensuring cleanliness, and completing light groundskeeping -Prepare vacant units to meet our high standards before move-in -Provide leadership and guidance to on-site maintenance staff as needed

What You Bring

-Flexibility to travel regularly between Ogden and Springville -Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, wall repair, appliance repair, and groundskeeping -6+ months maintenance experience -6+ months supervisory experience -HVAC and pool experience is a plus
