Tasks
This senior-level team member will lead a variety of projects focusing on the water and wastewater market across upstate New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-focused project management to our fast-paced, high-performing team. -Work with and manage clients to determine needs and provide solutions. -Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in water/wastewater engineering. -Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet project goals and deadlines. -Prepare construction packages (including all deliverables) for the engineering, procurement, and construction of water/wastewater systems for clients. -Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and construction documents. -Manage execution of projects with other engineering disciplines and office personnel from inception to completion. -Provide technical knowledge to other members of our full-service team in upstate New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania. -Perform comprehensive engineering calculations and analysis and use design software to solve complex challenges.

What You Bring
This position is open to our Binghamton, NY, Horseheads, NY, Rochester, NY, or Towanda, PA offices. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -10+ years of experience in municipal water and wastewater. -Design and construction experience for distribution/ wastewater collection systems, pump/lift stations, water supplies, water/wastewater treatment plant facilities, and storm water systems. -Expertise in hydraulic modeling, process design, and regulatory permitting. -Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field of study. -Current PE License in New York State, or ability to obtain a New York PE within one year of hire. -Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). -Proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion while maintaining strong client relationships.
