The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development -Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts -Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills. -Education: Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a Statistical discipline. -Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations. -A proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in real estate advisory, research, or financial analysis. -Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
