Tasks

-ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly -create and deliver innovative solutions that drive transformation in our business -resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience. -preparing and following up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams -develop, maintain and manage relationships across the business -interacting with our customers face to face and via phone and email to manage a variety of enquiries -identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; -provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
