Tasks

-Act as a strategic advisor while driving strong on-ground execution -Work closely with Design, CAD & Product development for new trends and innovation -Identify, onboard, and manage domestic and international partners -Support setup of experience centres & showrooms globally (direct and partner-led) -Drive strategic support across global operations and sales -Manage stakeholder communication, business reporting, decision support, and key projects -Support market expansion, business development, and go-to-market strategy -Strengthen global distribution and channel networks -Streamline the end-to-end sales process (distributor → dealer → customer) -Represent the brand at global exhibitions for research and partnerships -Manage and mentor multi-region sales teams, set KRAs, targets, and performance plans -Coordinate across Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales Operations, HR, and Leadership

What You Bring

We are seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant to MD and ED, based at our Corporate Office, Andheri West, who will partner directly with leadership, driving strategic initiatives, strengthening global sales operations, and enabling cross-functional alignment to achieve business goals with clarity and impact. -Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks. -Proven track record in managing global or multi-region markets. -MBA or equivalent degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Operations). -Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving -Expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and performance frameworks -Any additional certification in Sales, Business Strategy, or Leadership is a plus. -Adaptability & Resilience -Background in building materials, interior products, construction, or related industries. -12+ years of experience in sales and/or business operations. -Prior exposure to cross-functional roles and strategic execution. -Effective Communication & Influence
