-Experience in a technical consultancy environment. -A degree in engineering or equivalent. MEng, MSc or PhD would be desirable. -Technical knowledge in the mechanical / structural engineering domain. -Experience with Finite Element Analysis (including Abaqus, Ansys or LS Dyna). -Experience of project management. -Ability to travel and conduct site visits and plant walkdowns -Experience of business development. -Experience of building client relationships. -Experience with codes and standards, such as ASME III, ASME VIII, API579, BS7608, BS7910, R5/R6.
