-Bachelor degree win Civil Engineering -Thorough knowledge of client and industry standards (CPKC, CN, City of Edmonton, City of Calgary, Translink, AREMA, etc.) -Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) -Proven consulting and leadership background. -Ideally 20+ years of rail-related design or construction experience. -Extensive Technical Lead experience. -8+ years of rail-related design or construction experience.
