Tasks
-Partner with Sales Leadership to drive sales performance – metrics as well as behaviours -Define and monitor key metrics, build dashboards and scorecards to track sales team’s performance and recommend actions -Conduct periodic sales reviews with leadership, providing actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance -Challenge sales constructively to ensure accountability and alignment with business goals -Monitor sales incentive schemes linked to performance and ensure timely payout -Help formulate detailed sector sales plans and key account plans, manage rhythm to monitor progress -Enable decision making, recommend actions, by providing insights based on detailed analysis of business/ sales/ pipeline data -Ensure system integrity and user adoption across the sales organization -Coordinate logistics, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to maximize ROI from events -Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness -Plan and execute customer-facing events including expos, roadshows, and strategic meets -Partner with Sales and HR leadership, to plan and execute capability development interventions -Develop and implement best practices for sales processes, forecasting, and performance tracking -Manage and optimize SFDC for accurate data capture, reporting, and analytics

What You Bring
-Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing/ business development -Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical engineering -Demonstrates high level of accountability and ownership -Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and reporting. -Displays strong business acumen, problem solving skills and growth orientation -Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills -Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present insights. -Master’s degree in business management/ Sales/ Marketing will be an added advantage -A stint in frontline sales is highly preferred -Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to get stuff done -Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders constructively.
