Tasks

-Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock -Answer phone enquiries and support online order processing -Assist with day-to-day warehouse and store operations, with approximately 80% warehouse duties such as putting stock away, loading, and unloading -Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, primarily over the phone or via online orders (no shopfront or walk-in traffic) -Manage stock movements, including receiving inbound deliveries and loading customer orders for distribution, while complying with safety requirements

What You Bring

-A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential. -Use computer systems daily — computer literacy is essential; you'll be expected to learn and use SAP -Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved). -Operate a forklift for the best part of the role — forklift experience and a valid licence are essential -Computer literacy is essential -Current forklift license with sufficient experience -Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
