Tasks

The Pre-Delivery Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring quality assurance objectives during the Pre-PDI and PDI process. -Inputting and track deficiencies across all stages of post construction through use of Procore -Monitor QA objectives during project stages with a primary focus on pre-PDI, PDI and turnover stages of both suites and common element -Schedule and follow-up with trades and Handyman to ensure all deficiencies are completed in an expeditious fashion -Review all contract drawings and specifications pertaining to finishing trades to ensure -Liaise with on-site construction staff to ensure Fitzrovia finishing standards are being met or -Identifying possible issues affecting building quality and mitigating systemic failures through quality checks, consultant reviews and signoffs, and regular communication with site staff -Execute QA program of underground, amenities, suites, common element, and back-of-house

What You Bring

As we are a highly collaborative team, this role is on-site full-time, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday. -Ability to read and interpret design and construction related documents and drawings. -Fitzrovia standards have been implemented -Knowledge of construction processes, including phases, pre-construction and construction is mandatory. -Understanding of Ontario Building Code (OBC) is required. -Knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) an asset. -Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. -Experience in the construction industry, preferably at site.
