Tasks
-Adding value to the project through efficient management of time, resources and effective decision making -Works with Project Engineering Managers -Leads in identifying, developing, and implementing digital tools for Process engineering -Coordinating with other Department Managers -Engage with professional organisations to support personnel and maintain knowledge of developing technologies -Coordinates activities with KBR Technology teams -Managing personnel and supporting individuals development within the team -Leads in providing technical solutions to projects and ensuring process tools and work methods are maintained. -Support projects in carrying out quality audits. -Recruitment and assessment of personnel to ensure correct balance of skills is maintained within the process group. -Coordinates activities with KBR digital team -Works with KBR Technology Managers -Acts as the focal point for the review of emerging process technologies and industry trends and supports projects and proposals for these technology areas -Developing presentations and experience communicating with clients, personnel and professional institutions -Providing suitable resources to projects and proposals -Supporting proposals in understanding process scope of work and preparing workhour budgets

What You Bring
-Strong leadership capabilities, including a track record of guiding teams through project execution and delivery, as well as mentoring and developing process engineers -Experience communicating across a multi-discipline team and across different offices. -Understanding of requirements of other disciplines as part of project execution. -Experience of workhour control and working to schedule and within budget on a major project. -Strong written communication skills -Experience training/mentoring younger engineers either informally or through a formal training scheme -BSc degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent -Have a good understanding of process control and implementation in design -Experience managing a process manhour budget of >24000hours -Understanding of development of proposals for new projects -Have the ability to make practical design decisions which add value to a design and minimize negative impact to other disciplines, schedule or cost -Experience of developing and deploying new work methods, technologies, techniques and digital tools for Process Engineering activities -Experience managing a large team and understanding how to manage personnel. -A strong technical background, with proven experience in driving continuous improvement across process engineering by identifying, developing, and implementing innovative work methods, technologies, techniques, and digital tools -Experience of delivery on conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED and/or EPC projects -Have an understanding of project safety requirements, international standards and implications on design -Experience of python coding -Experience of the configuration and management of SPPID databases -Self-motivated and a good communication skills to enable effective team working. -Experience in fields such as dynamic simulation, surge / liquid transient analysis -Experience presenting in formal settings -Experience building relationships with licensors and clients -A relevant number of years of experience working with a major EPC contractor or operator. -Excellent organizational skills -Must be able to drive quality within the process team and ensure high standards are met
