-Delivering high-quality work while adhering to health and safety policies. -Day-to-day repairs and maintenance across various sites, including carpentry, brickwork, plastering, plumbing, and general building tasks. -Operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently. -Working flexibly, including night shifts, to meet project needs. -Maintaining accurate records of your work and reporting any issues promptly.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills and basic IT proficiency -Job Description Multi Skilled Operative Rail Services (3).pdf (245.86 KB) -Basic literacy and numeracy -Experience working on construction sites (essential) -Once fully trained, there will be an on-call requirement every 9 weeks. -Ability to follow instructions and prioritise safety -Interest in or working towards an industry-recognised qualification (C&G, NVQ, CSCS, PTS, First Aid, PASMA, Level C, PIC/COSS preferred) -You must be based within one hour's travel of our Kent office in Sittingbourne (ME10 3TR).
