Tasks

Here, while leading a more junior Compliance Admin and working with various stakeholders, you will look to identify, organise and report on all documentation integral to Hard FM Statutory Compliance across the site, encompassing Mechanical, Electrical, Building Fabric etc. The end goal is to ensure the site has maximum compliance and is Audit proof. -Provide support to the Site Leadership with the management of non conformances including monitoring, root cause analysis and review of effectiveness of corrective actions. Provide support to Technical FMs and SME’s to drive the development of technical processes and identification of opportunities for improvement. -Work with technical SMEs across the contract to provide assurance around specific areas of compliance such as HS&E, Utilities and Lifecycle. -Review the existing ELRAs and provide assurance that these deliver a compliant estate with appropriate risk management, identify new opportunities where an ELRA approach can be taken. -Build collaborative relationships with ISS subcontractors to encourage service improvement in response to changing customer needs. -Support the client's Contract quality Assurance Team to evaluate and report ISS’s subcontractors’ performance in relation to quality and compliance. -Responsible for record keeping in relation to Technical/Compliance audits within the ISS system including raising NCRs. -Conduct Hard FM assurance activity to ensure ISS is delivering in accordance with contractual, legal and statutory requirements including inspections, monitoring, sampling and reporting. From the output of ISS assurance activities, investigate themes and produce evidence-based reports to demonstrate compliance or risks across the contract.

What You Bring

We are happy to consider either a qualified FM/Building Services Engineer at Supervisor/Lead level or a Health & Safety professional, well versed with Hard FM Compliance This is a fantastic role for a confident FM professional to develop their career further within Hard FM Compliance -A strong understanding of Hard FM Stat compliance plus an ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders -Must be able to pass CTC clearance
