Tasks
The Business Development Specialist / Sales Manager manages key account relationships and leads a sales team to achieve the sales and profit goals of Arch-Fab’s Pre-Construction Team -Implements sales strategies, leads daily team huddles and sales meetings and coaches team members during regular one on one interactions -Takes ownership of achieving Arch-Fab’s sales goal, ensures that team milestones are met adhering to approved budgets -Manages subordinate staff in the day to day performance of their jobs -Successfully negotiates pricing and establishes Arch-Fab’s value proposition to clients -Maintains and shares professional knowledge with the preconstruction team through documentation, training, in-person sales activities, networking events, and presentations -Develops new business opportunities and strengthens existing client relationships -Resolves escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments -Secures the commitment of individuals to the sales team and organization through personal development and the implementation of new and improved systems and processes

-Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting -Proven ability to plan and manage resources -Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation -Fantastic attitude with an understanding of and commitment to embracing Arch-Fab’s Core Values -Light travel required -Working experience with sales techniques -Proficiency in reading architectural plans, specifications and construction documents -Possesses construction industry knowledge and contacts -Ability to develop and deliver polished presentations -Experience with Salesforce CRM -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in business or management -Experience leading, managing and developing sales teams
