Provide technical support, hardware setup, and user assistance for office and site staff.

Tasks
-Supporting the delivery of small-scale IT projects, including system upgrades and rollouts -Ensuring high levels of user satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of IT support tickets -Maintaining accurate records of company-owned IT assets in the asset register -Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware provisioning -Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner -Developing and maintaining user-facing documentation including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures -Setting up and configuring new hardware such as desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices for office and site environments -Assisting users in understanding and effectively utilising ICT tools and systems to support operational productivity

What You Bring
-Active Directory, MDM, ITSM toolsets, iOS, Android is an advantage -Confidence working with Windows and Microsoft 365 tools -Hold a current Driver’s License -Experience in a service desk environment -Excellent attention to detail and time management -Certificate III or equivalent in Information Technology is desirable -A proactive, “can do” attitude with strong problem-solving skills
