Tasks
-Lead and mentor a team of paralegals, practice coordinators, and admin professionals across offices -Manage client portfolios and maintain a caseload of billable paralegal work (30%) -Provide training and onboarding support to new hires (attorneys and staff alike) -Serve as a liaison between attorneys and staff to support efficient operations -Oversee workflow, monitor caseloads, and ensure quality work product across the team

What You Bring
-Can comfortably manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills -Are comfortable working a hybrid schedule and occasionally traveling to other office locations -Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and relevant legal tech tools -Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related legal processes -10+ years of paralegal experience, including 4+ in trusts & estates (required) -Experience supervising or managing legal support staff
