The Role

Overview

Analyze data, manage SharePoint/Teams, create reports & dashboards for DoD client.

Tasks

-Present data-driven insights and address questions from a non-technical audience. -Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement. -Maintain and collect data using different tools and statistical techniques such as MS SQL queries from various databases, such as but not limited to MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint and data management systems to provide accurate and reliable administrative reports, presentations and dashboards, as required. -Provide assistance in the development of workflow strategies, and design, maintain and troubleshoot MS SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and tools within Office 365. -Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, including site collections, permissions, and user access. -Conduct routine Office 365 training on usage and flow, refine user interfaces and fields based on client feedback, and conduct platform maintenance as necessary. -Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Teams-related issues, providing timely support to users. -Create and maintain documentation for Office 365 processes, user guides, and training materials. -Transform data sets through quantitative and qualitative analysis into insights and compelling visuals that help inform decision making and improve the value of the client enterprise. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance SharePoint, Teams, and overall workflow functionality. -Manipulate large data sets and use them to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions. -Develop and implement SharePoint and Teams governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.

What You Bring

-Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. -Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. -Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. -Demonstrated experience with DoW is preferred -Proven quantitative and data analysis skills. -Experience with PowerApps preferred. -Demonstrated experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Python). -Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent experience in substitute of educational requirements. -Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment. -Experience working with Senior Executives in the Government, preferably the DoW. -Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. -Understand data gaps that tie data components together for visualization purposes. -Highly organized.
