Tasks

-Researching and identifying new grant opportunities that align with client needs -Maintaining a grant tracking system -Administering grants and related projects held by our clients, including progress, compliance, and fiscal reporting -Contributing to grant and similar applications for our municipal, non-profit, and for-profit clients, including writing, background research, template creation, and organization of information -Collaborating across multiple internal departments -Communicating potential grant opportunities to existing and potential clients

What You Bring

-Required skills include technical writing, organizational abilities, and verbal communication. -Detail oriented with good organizational skills -Associate degree (Business, Communications, or related field) or appropriate combination of education & experience required -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required -2-5 years of administrative experience with a focus on coordinating grant activities and/or programs including grant applications, management, and fiscal reporting preferred -Must be able to prioritize effectively and meet critical deadlines -Must be able to manage multiple projects -Self-motivated with ability to work independently
