Tasks

-Supporting the Division with administrative systems and practices -Attending and minuting meetings, tracking actions, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders -Diary Management and meeting coordination for the Development Directors -Coordinating leave, absences, and travel plans -Supporting recruitment processes in Development with administration of requisition requests, coordinating interview bookings and onboarding to support new starters -Ensuring compliance with Landcom policies and procedures

What You Bring

-Proven experience in a Team Assistant role -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach and demonstrated experience in Microsoft suite products (including excel, word and PowerPoint). -Attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the team. -Proficiency with calendar and booking systems -Excellent at building relationships and finding common ground, with a track record of working closely with others, navigating different perspectives, and getting things done in busy, ever-changing environments. -High level of discretion and professionalism -Cert III or equivalent in Business Administration -Prioritisation, time management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
