Tasks
-Co-ordinate with internal team functions for project Engineering, Procurement and Construction -Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory authorities as needed -Ensure Project closure with complete documentation, Co-ordinate Handover Takeover with respective stakeholders -Maintain comprehensive project documentation -Report and escalate risks and issues to management as needed -Conduct site visits (min 1x/mth) to ensure projects are built according to issued IFC packages and EDPR’s quality standards -Perform risk management to minimize project risks -Report project progress against baseline (safety, schedule, cost, quality) to management on a weekly basis -Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget -Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis and approvals -Develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues -Scope and assist Construction Manager in the management of construction contracts for various project execution steps, including management of contracts with external consultants and contractors -Measure and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques -Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques -Oversight and interpretation of general engineering drawings -Responsible to ensure project adherence to safety, quality, schedule and budget while bringing the project to completion within the designated set timeline -Develop Project scope, budget, and timelines -Lead, manage, and supervise assigned staff -Manage the relationship with landlords and all other project stakeholders -Develop effective relationships with contractors and suppliers

What You Bring
-PMP certification desirable, but not required -Understand the project development process, including, regulatory, permitting and the local utility requirements -Ability to read and review engineering drawings to identify constructability or scope issues -Ability to strictly follow, implement and enforce processes -Ability to review and track CPM schedule progress, ensuring adherence to defined milestones -Minimum 3 years experience managing rooftop solar PV projects at least 500kWdc and FT/SAT ground-mount projects at least 3MWdc -Proven track record of negotiation with construction vendors -Candidates with a combination of office and construction field experience desirable -Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary -Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license as this position may we require travel by car -Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form -Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred (Preferred) -Tolerance to Extreme Weather Conditions: Ability to work in advance weather conditions 25% of the time while on wind farm sites -Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form -Ability to manage multiple projects -Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products (Preferred) -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related discipline -Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to frequently perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching approximately 75% of the time while on wind farm sites; ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment -Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills -Demonstrated ability to hold all project stakeholders accountable for their deliverables in a proactive manner. -Minimum 5 years experience in project management capacity -Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Procore, Bluebeam and Smartsheets. General working knowledge of Microsoft Project/Primavera desirable -Walking: Ability to walk .25 to .5 miles per day, including across unpaved and rough surface when on wind farm sites
