Tasks

As the Site Architect, you will lead the architectural delivery of multiple high-end developments from early design stages through to construction. Working closely with directors, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure design integrity, buildability, and quality outcomes are achieved at every stage. You will also play a key role in guiding a small team, contributing to project strategy, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through design insight and presentation material. This is a standout opportunity to work within a developer setting that values architectural integrity and detail. You will have direct influence over projects from inception through to realisation, working with decision-makers who are passionate about creating enduring, design-led outcomes. -Maintaining design intent through technical detailing and on-site involvement -Blend design excellence with on-site delivery and team leadership -Overseeing project resourcing, program, and quality standards -Lead iconic, design-driven apartment projects across Adelaide -Managing and communicating across multiple parties - clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities -Contributing to sales and marketing initiatives from a design perspective -Providing mentorship and direction to a small, capable architectural team -Leading project documentation, coordination, and delivery from concept to completion -Shape projects from concept to completion within a developer setting
