Implementation Consultant (Remote- US)

Implement and configure ETQ applications, manage projects, and support clients remotely.

Tasks

-Specifically, cover application configuration, usage and model fit for existing business processes. -Complete Project Retrospectives, Help Desk calls and expense reports upon completing customer training. -Train on Administration/Configuration enabling customers to maintain and deploy future ETQ applications. -Respond to customer and internal questions regarding ETQ product features and implementation. -Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion with guidance from the Senior Implementation Consultant. -Manage client expectations for projects and provide updates for project plans that meet or exceed those expectations. -Update and maintain a Project Issue Log for all assigned projects. -Provide customers with Timeline and Issue Log updates, minimum once per week. -Enter daily timesheets to account for all billable work on projects. -Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of assigned projects. -Propose and configure application solutions to meet defined processes. -Perform regular customer follow-ups until the customer has implemented their application. -Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Perform requirements gathering, Design Specification creation and configuration as needed as part of all services projects. -Review deliverables prepared by team before sharing with client. -Ensure project documents follow standards and are complete, current, and store appropriately. -Facilitate team and client meetings.

-3+ years of related experience. -Required to work flexible hours. -Experience with APIs -Strong technical skills, including python scripting. -Understanding of SQL database queries -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
