Night‑shift Process Technician for fuel cell manufacturing at Bloom Energy.

Tasks

-Communicate clearly to co-workers and send out daily reports to team -Respond promptly to production line down scenarios, such as measurements out of spec, defects observed at automated visual inspection or manual visual inspection, defects on incoming parts, etc. Assess the situation, determine root cause, and adjust parameters to return process under control and resume volume production. Document activities appropriately. -Provide off-shift coverage (evenings and/or weekends) of all process engineering activities across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.

-Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical issues. -Understand and react to abnormal events and coordinate containment and countermeasure activities in a cross functional environment -Ability to follow direction, meet deadline, and collaborate in a team environment -Excellent verbal and written skill set -Hands on experience with operating and troubleshooting of high precision machinery -Adhere to safety requirements and ability to work in controlled environment wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE). -High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical certifications or relevant coursework with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment. -Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards. -Hands on experience in thin-film processes
