Tasks

The Business Administration Support role holder will be responsible for providing business administration, management, and support services to assist in the carrying out of day-to-day functional activities. The role holder will be required to provide support with facilities management, IT support and will also be required provide HR support for CP staff deployed within the CBCIW Client Organisation. The Business Administration Support role holder will support the PMO Lead in leading the Business Support sub-functional area, assuming responsibility for the performance management of CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area and leading the continuous drive towards a high- performance culture. The role holder will be required to develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for the Business Support sub-functional area and will oversee the day-to-day activities of the CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area, ensuring they are carrying out their relevant tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure successful delivery. -Providing administrative support and organisation to senior leaders. -Delivery of work under time pressure and with conflicting priorities. -Undertaking resource planning and embedding a focus on continuous improvement and best-practice. -Managing high-performing staff / teams including carrying out performance management. -Providing secretarial support to management within fast paced and challenging environments.

What You Bring

-Required to have 5+ years’ experience in business administration and a proven track record of carrying out business administration activities in projects of a similar scale and complexity to Bus Connects. -Degree Educated -Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.
