Tasks

-Support the Rents Team Leader with fair rent applications and appeals. -Respond to customer queries about rents, always putting the customer first. -Collaborate with Development teams to set social rents for new properties. -Maintain accurate data in our housing systems and produce rent breakdowns and notifications. -Work closely with colleagues across Homes and Wellbeing to check new tenancy rents and service charges. -Set and audit rents, ensuring compliance with the Rent Standard.

What You Bring

-Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. -Knowledge of social housing issues and rent-setting regulations. -Great communication skills to work across teams and with customers. -Ability to manipulate data for audits using Microsoft Excel and other IT systems.
