Lead a 4-person crew operating a directional drill for underground projects.

Tasks

-Work with construction manager for in-field project set up. -Select and implement appropriate maintenance of traffic signage and follow safety precautions. -Complete legible bore logs and field sketches. -Administer monthly safety meetings. -Identify potential safety hazards. Create a corrective action plan when safety hazards are recognized. -Lead and direct 4-person crew to safely complete projects.

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. -Possess leadership and mentoring skills. -Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience -Valid Driver’s License -Experience placing underground cable a plus. -Understand as-built drawings and roadway plans -Ability to maintain required certifications. -Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance tasks. -Highschool Diploma/GED -Must have a mechanical aptitude.
