Tasks

-Implement conversion tracking and pixel setup across all campaigns. -Regularly update content, property listings, blogs, and landing pages. -Run retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and previous leads. -Create monthly and quarterly digital marketing strategy reports for management. -Build and maintain property landing pages with lead forms and tracking. -Promote client testimonials, success stories, and luxury lifestyle content to elevate brand prestige. -Create and supervise high-quality reels, stories, and short videos for property promotions. -Provide CRM training sessions for staff and ensure adoption across departments. -Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with vendors for upgrades or fixes. -Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms to boost reach and lead generation. -Provide analytics-driven insights to guide management decisions. -Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM through regular audits. -Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. -Maintain data security, GDPR compliance, and best practices for customer information. -Design, develop, and maintain a luxury-standard website with seamless performance across devices. -Suggest new tools, software, or platforms for improving marketing efficiency. -Leverage AI-driven tools for automation, campaign optimisation, and reporting. -Propose budget allocations for ad platforms and digital tools. -Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and property campaigns for maximum conversions. -Act as a bridge between creative teams, marketing, and IT departments. -Engage actively with followers, respond to inquiries, and build community trust. -Monitor daily performance of ads, optimise budgets, and scale campaigns. -Automate lead assignment, reminders, and follow-ups for sales teams. -Ensure website integration with CRM systems, real estate portals, and third-party platforms. -Work on reputation management campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across platforms. -Develop dashboards and performance reports for management. -Track insights and engagement metrics, optimising campaigns accordingly. -Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance customer journey and lead capture. -Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. -Contribute to the company’s long-term digital transformation strategy. -Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners when required. -Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies. -Integrate CRM with social media, email marketing, property portals, and website forms. -Ensure all digital activities reflect the luxury branding and positioning of the company. -Customise CRM workflows to manage leads, sales pipelines, client interactions, and property inventory. -Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print platforms. -Manage email marketing campaigns for property launches, newsletters, and offers. -Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic reach. -Develop and execute content calendars for regular posting of properties and brand content. -Monitor competitor social media accounts to identify trends and gaps. -Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce premium marketing content. -Implement automation for nurturing leads via SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns. -Align web and digital strategies with sales and management objectives. -Support property launch events, exhibitions, and open houses with online campaigns.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with expertise in website development, CRM management, and digital marketing to join our luxury real estate team. The ideal candidate will merge technical skills and marketing creativity, ensuring that our brand maintains a strong digital presence and high-quality lead generation in the competitive luxury property market. -Strong understanding of real estate project marketing, property listings, and digital lead funnels. -In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). -Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in the Real Estate industry (Dubai market experience is a plus). -Understanding of CRM integrations (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred). -Experience managing real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle). -Familiarity with UX/UI principles and website performance optimisation. -Optimise website speed, security, and hosting environments. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field. -Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. -Google Analytics / SEO / WordPress certifications are an added advantage. -Strong expertise in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
