Final Assembler (1st Shift)

Overview

Install and assemble burners, panels, and controls on boilers, handling wiring, conduit, and piping.

Tasks

-Install burner, mount panels, and controls, fabricating brackets and supports as needed -Obtain blueprints and any special instructions to install auxiliary equipment such as feed pumps, oil heater, chemical feeders, injectors, etc. including piping and wiring of same and any brackets or hangers -Perform wiring between burner, control panel and controls, in accordance with diagrams and/or instruction manuals. Bend and install conduit when required -Uses various hand tools as needed

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience -Ability to read blueprints and/or diagrams a plus -Control wiring, conduit, and piping experience
