Tasks
The primary role of the Sr. Field Coordinator is to serve as the project facilitator between the owner and contractor. This role provides leadership and professionalism for the project and staff they are assigned to. Assists in construction administration and documentation. Provides supervision and training to Field Coordinators. Daily reporting and tracking of construction activities. Review of pay applications and construction schedules. Must demonstrate computer competency and familiar with document management systems (ProCore, ACC Build, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office)

What You Bring
Qualifications of 3-5 years of Wastewater, Water Treatment, and Conveyance related inspection and construction management experience required. Proven experience assisting in RFI’s, Construction Administration documentation, field orders, claims, submittal/schedule review, and pay applications. Strong teamwork experience and supervisory skills. Certifications and materials testing experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related fields. Hold current and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
