Associate Health Principal

Tasks

-Actively cultivate of a network of industry partners for intelligence gathering and strategic development. -Serve as Project Manager (or other roles as appropriate) on projects and prepare / negotiate project contracts. -In collaboration with Health subject matter experts, and independently when appropriate, develop abstracts and presentations for industry conferences, seminars, workshops, and other similar events promoting sector messages, research, project outcomes, lessons learned, trends, etc. -Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to health staff and project teams. -Learn / lead internal HDR marketing processes, such as GNG, Fee Development/Approval, risk awareness and data maintenance. -In coordination with the local Health Principal, contribute to the leadership and visioning for the Health sector in the local area / region. -Contribute to or lead capture plans, qualifications, and proposals for Health clients / pursuits. -Interface with clients proactively, by engaging them regularly through multiple channels. -Contribute to or lead interview strategies and implementation. -Maintain project oversight throughout execution, including conformance to client expectations for technical/quality, financial performance, and schedule adherence. -Assist local Health Principal and leadership in reaching net fees booked goals.

What You Bring

-Must be able to lead a team on projects -Bachelor's degree in Architecture -Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) -Registered Architect -Good planning and mentoring skills -A minimum 2 years project management -7 years related experience -Regular engagement in local relevant industry organizations.
